Material consists of Alcantara and produced using vac and bladder wrap, offered in premium and luxury level construction.

SEATBACKS
Front seatback hard trim for Cadillac and Faraday applications. Material used consists of upholstered vinal offered in premium and luxury level construction.

INTERIOR SUN VISORS
Award winning Class-A surface vanity and sliding rods for interior sun visors for Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, and Navistar applications. Material used consists of vinyl, cloth, and composites produced using RF seal and sewn together, offered in base, standard, premium and luxury level construction.

INTERIOR CONSOLES
Interior center console soft trim. Produced with craftsmanship and decorative stitching utilizing sewing and vac foam processes and offered in base, standard, premium and luxury level construction.

CAB LINING
Backwall cab lining for Peterbilt and Kenworth applications. Material used consists upholstered vinal produced using craftsmanship and hand wrapping and offered in base, standard and premium level construction.

WRAPPING & TRIMMING PROCESS
Llink Technology’s wrapping process is a meticulous blend of techniques yielding outstanding quality, fit and finish. Our approach encompasses methods like hand wrapping with staples or sonic welding, 2D vacuum forming for complete bonding, and 3D heated bonding. Adhesives are applied through spraying or laminating, followed by compression curing. Our proficiency is evident in low volume trials, sample buildouts, and rapid prototyping. Utilizing 3D printing, composite materials, and CNC machines, we offer swift responses and precise tooling. Our techniques extend to using diverse materials, like leather, vinyl, Alcantara, and micro suede. Our process caters to both manual and automated wrapping and trimming, adapting to product specifics and volume.

CUTTING & SEWING PROCESS
At Llink Technologies, we excel in our meticulous cutting and sewing process for automotive soft trim Class A interior products. Leveraging an in-house precision Autometrix vacuum table, materials are cut with unrivaled accuracy, optimizing material utilization and minimizing waste. Our team works to design and refine material patterns to enable us to craft production sets and prototypes with precision to deliver seamless quality and finish. We combine this with top-tier craftsmanship, resulting in impeccably sewn seams in a variety of styles and patterns, including decorative, functional, French, and baseball. ASSEMBLY & SEQUENCING PROCESS
Our assembly and sequencing process is designed for efficiency and precision. We manage, supply and assemble a range of products spanning hundreds of part numbers and color variations.
